Payment


Payment may be made by any of the following methods; Mobile Money Transfer,Cash or Bank Transfer.. Orders are accepted on the condition that Products will be supplied at the price ruling on despatch. Your details are not captured or made available to anyone .
The goods will remain the property of Alaska star wallpaper until invoices are settled in full (Retention of Title).


Samples


Alaska star wallpaper strongly advise that a sample of the wallpaper(s) is ordered prior to buying your wallcovering.  Wallpaper samples are charged at ¢38.00 per sample. This amount is fully refunded upon placement of your order.    .

Delivery

When you place your order, Alaska star wallpaper will send you a confirmation email or receive a call from our team member. Delivery will be by transportation, during the working week,  . Note the customer bears the cost of delivery. Certain products will need to be delivered to a business address only.    All Products must be paid for prior to delivery. Risk shall pass on delivery. If there is any short delivery or damage to goods in transit, this should be notified to Alaska star wallpaper with full particulars within three working days of delivery. Where deliveries are made to third parties, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct product and quantity has been received.




Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns

Refunds cannot be given by alaska star wallpaper for either wallcovering, therefore it is imperative that you ensure that the quantity of wallpaper and you order is correct.

If you wish to return Products, please send Alaska star wallpaper an e-mail to Customer Service before doing so with a photo of the fault or damage to:

If the Product is defective in any way or has a fault, a replacement or refund will be made at no charge.

Returns for non-faulty wallpaper?

Refunds cannot be given by alaska star wallpaper for wall covering. therefore it is imperative that you ensure that the quantity of wallpaper you order is correct.


Faulty or damaged wallpaper


In the event of a fault please return the wallpaper or fabric to us with the manufacturer labels. You should check all wallpaper products for faults before and during hanging. You should only hang 3 drops before reporting a fault. Please contact us immediately if a fault is found so that we can send out replacements if necessary. Please do note that you should check all wallpaper products for faults before and during hanging. If you wish to return Products, please send us an email to Customer Service before returning the products: sales@alaskastar.org

If you are returning Products, please email first to sales@alaskastar.org. If the Product is defective in any way or has a fault, a replacement or refund will be made at no charge. If you are able to take a photograph of the damage and attach in your email, this would help us tremendously in solving the issue.
If there is any short delivery or damage to goods in transit, this should be notified to us with full particulars within three working days of delivery. Where deliveries are made to third parties, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct product and quantity has been received. We advise that a sample is sent to the third party for verification. We cannot be financially liable for delay in delivering the Products, however arising.



Sale of Goods

All Products are believed by Alaska star wallpaper to be of a quality suitable for the purpose and specification for which they are intended. We reserves the right to cancel an order up to the point of delivery. Any defect should be reported to us immediately it is discovered. All technical information in response to enquiry is given by Alaska star wallpaper in good faith. It will ultimately be for you to satisfy yourself as to the suitability of the product having regard to your own particular situation and upon site conditions that are unknown to us.


Privacy Policy & Data Protection


To help to understand the needs of our customers and improve service, your responses to questions and other data will be held on our database. Customer's data stored on Alaska star wallpaper’s secure server complies with statutory requirements. This data is not made available to any other company.

It may be possible to send you from time to time, a newsletter which we hope you will find of relevance and interest. If you do not wish to receive any such information, please indicate or tell us when you place and order.

We endeavour to protect the information you provide and there are various security procedures that have been put in place.

Sample Order


All of our sample orders are delivered via transportation and will not need to be signed for..

Roll Order

Wallpaper orders are delivered via transportation.  other issues relating to delivery, email us on enquiries@alaskastar.org


Once you've received an order dispatched email from us, you can expect your parcel to be delivered within 2-3 working days.

During busy periods throughout the year (e.g. Christmas) this can take up to 2 days longer due to increased volumes of post at sorting offices..
